It's that season again! Nominations are being made for the best mystery writing of 2010, and several Killer Characters authors are in the running:
Julie Hyzy's EGGSECUTIVE ORDERS has been nominated for a Barry Award in the Best Paperback Original category. Barry winners will be announced at Bouchercon in St. Louis in September.
And Killer Characters are well represented in the nominations for Agatha Awards to be presented at Malice Domestic in Washington, DC, in late April:
Heather Webber's TRULY, MADLY has been awarded for Best Novel.
Avery Aames' THE LONG QUICHE GOODBYE and Laura Alden's MURDER AT THE PTA have been nominated for an Agatha Award for Best First Novel.
And we have two nominees in the Best Short Story category:
Sheila Connolly for "Size Matters" published in THIN ICE (Level Best Books)
Mary Jane Maffini for "So Much in Common" published in Ellery Queen Mystery Magazine
Congratulations to all!
