Come One, Come All to the Renaissance Faire!

Come one, Come All!

Come lords and ladies! Fabulous sights and eats await you at the Renaissance Faire and Market Place in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina! You will be amused and thrilled. Your heart will palpitate and your body will quiver.

"No. Wait. That doesn't sound right. Chase, what do you think?"

"It all depends what you're going for, Jessie. Some people might want their heart to palpitate and their body to quiver."

Your heart's desire will find you and your toes shall curl to Jello!

"I think you mean jelly, Jessie. I don't think they had Jello in Renaissance times."

"They did have a form of Jello but it was made from animal fat and sweetened with honey."

"I think you should lose the Jello."

There will be giants and the laughter of jesters and fools. Merriment beyond your wildest imaginings. Swords shall ring in contest and riders shall compete in jousting.

"Sounds dangerous."

"You're just being cynical, Chase!"

I went to the Renaissance Faire. The birds and the beasts were there. The old baboon, by the light of the moon-

"You didn't say you were going to sing, Jessie!"

"I'm happy! I'm excited to welcome guests to the Ren Faire!"

"Me too. Can we eat lunch now? I was thinking about eating at the Lady of the Lake Tavern today."

"Fine. I can eat there, Chase. Just don't complain if we get kidnapped by pirates again."

"I won't. I love you, Jessie!"

"I love you too, Chase."

  1. Ooooooh! Think of the costumes! You've sold me, Jessie. The entire Threadville tour bus will have to come to the faire!

  2. This sounds like so much fun... esepcially if you can dress up. I wonder if little dogs are welcome?

  3. Little dogs with diapers are welcome, Victoria. And please plan to dress up. It makes the experience so much more fun!

We'll be looking for the Threadville bus too!
