Hi, everybody! Nice to meet you! I feel like I'm giving a cooking demonstration here today. But, hey, it's what I'm good at. After all, I--with my lovely wife Sadie--run MacKenzies' Mochas coffee shop.
As some of you may know, MacKenzies' Mochas is more than a coffee shop. In addition to specialty coffees, we serve sandwiches, salads, and baked goods. But I feel like I really shine when I'm at the grill!
Today, I'm making Grilled Rosemary Albacore Tuna Steaks. I found a recipe that's similar to my own at SparkRecipes. This is a low-carb, high-protein meal that's easy to prepare, even after a long day at work. It takes less than thirty minutes to put this meal on the table.
Here's the recipe. Let me know how you like it!
Grilled Rosemary Albacore Tuna Steaks
- 3 raw albacore tuna steaks weighing 3.5 oz. each
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp coarse sea salt
2 sprigs rosemary, minced
Grill on an outdoor or indoor grill for 3-4 minutes per side or until cooked through but still tender. Serve immediately.
