Here is one of her favorites that you can make at home:
Gluten-free Praline Pumpkin Treats
1 can (15 oz) pumpkin or 2 cups of mashed pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1 box of gluten free yellow cake mix
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
3/4 c butter or margarine, melted
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 13x9x2 inch pan. In a medium bowl whisk pumpkin, milk eggs, sugar and spice until smooth. Pour into pan.
Sprinkle dry cake mix over the pumpkin mixture. Sprinkle with pecans. Pour melted butter evenly over the top and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve warm or chilled. Store covered in the refrigerator.
