Summertime, and the Readin' is Easy!
By Bea Cartwright from the League of Literary Ladies mystery series by Kylie Logan
Summer! What can be better than long, slow evenings that melt into gorgeous sunsets over Lake Erie, warm breezes, tourists who flock here to South Bass Island to enjoy the fun.
And reading!
Oh, yes, summer is perfect for mornings out on the front porch, book in hand.
Or afternoons at the side of the pool, book in hand.
Or evenings on the patio, book in . . .
Well, you get the picture!
Like the other members of the League of Literary Ladies, I love to read, and I know you do, too. So I’ve got the perfect opportunity for you.
Leave a comment on this post and I’ll pick two winners, one for “And Then There Were Nuns,” the latest book in the League of Literary Ladies series, and one for a copy of “Irish Stewed,” the first book in Kylie Logan’s new Ethnic Eats Mystery series. I'll be out of town for a bit--summer, remember, but I'll let my winners know who they are on August 12. Good luck!
Enjoy!

ReplyDeletesuefarrell.farrell@gmail.com
There's a bad time to read? What? Ok, well maybe when you are the one driving the car, but other than that, no way! mccarthy491@gmail.com
ReplyDeleteSummer brings a lot of good memories back reading-wise. Not necessarily reading outside, too hot for me typically, but more along the lines of trying to see if I could get through all of my favorite books for the summer reading program. Or just trying to see if I could read more than the year before. I've loved each of the League of Literary Ladies books and look forward to reading all of your other books. Thank you very much for the chance to win.
