Turkey Dinner in a Braid - Happy Thanksgiving from the Crozats!

Happy almost-Thanksgiving!

Ninette Crozat here, mom to Maggie Crozat. There's been a lot of drama in our little town of Pelican, Louisiana over the last few years - and by drama, I mean murders, I'm sorry to say - but even crime seems to take a break so we can all celebrate this national holiday. 

I do all the cooking at our Crozat Plantation B&B. I thought I'd share this tasty, fancy-looking but easy-peasy to make recipe for Thanksgiving leftovers with y'all. It tastes as good as it looks and can be an appetizer or a meal, depending on how big you cut the slices. I call it Turkey Dinner in a Braid. Here's what the final product looks like:
