Up to No Good

Have you ever met someone whom you just didn't trust? Sometimes I wonder if we have built-in radars. Something that was handed down in our genes from our ancestors. I've read that things like that happen.
The fellow in question is actually fairly attractive. He's friendly and engaging.
The thing is that I caught him doing something very odd. I won't go into details, but it was right out in public and no one else even noticed! I keep running into him. Old Town isn't very big, so I guess that's to be expected. He always smiles at me.
I'm suspicious, no matter how nice everyone else thinks he is. Have you ever gotten the feeling that someone is up to no good?

Krista is giving away an advance reader copy of THE DIVA SPICES IT UP. Leave a comment with your email address to enter the giveaway!

  4. I have definitely had the feeling that some one is up to no good. It is in a person's best interest to acknowledge that feeling and distance yourself from that person. dbahn(at)iw(dot)net

  7. I have ran across a situation before were I was leery of someone. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but also know from previous time to listen to my instincts too. More times than not they are right on.

Can't wait for the opportunity to read "THE DIVA SPICES IT UP". It's on my TBR list and has been since I first heard about it. Thank you for the wonderful opportunity to win a copy! Shared and hoping to be the very fortunate one selected.

  9. I think we all have a natural instinct. The trick is to get yourself to listen to it.
